11.00-12.15 Opening of the meeting. Interrupted History of the first meetings - thirteen years without a Big Bang - conducted by Maciej Kozakiewicz. Greeting guests - Cezary Krawczyk, Mayor of Inowłódz Municipality.

Wonders of the local wildlife - Piotr Wypych, cond. Nadpilicznych Parks.

Detailed presentation of the meeting. Introduction of partners and the project’s Working Group - Jacek Jedrzejczak project coordinator.

12.00-12.15 Coffee break

12.15-13.00 Presentation by the Bulgarian partner, the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation, on the coalition of Bulgarian POE and Bulgarian network of environmental organizations Bluelink.net - the presentation will be given by Latinka Datsova-Topalova

13.00-13.30 Presentation of the international movement Ecotopia www.ecotopia2010.org. Conducted by Burkhard Pranke

13.30-15.00 Lunch break (after lunch time for leisure, we invite you to sport activities in the open air)

15.00-16.00 Lecture on nuclear power development. Conducted by Dr. Lutz Mez

16.00-19.00 Debates

NOTE - due to considerable number of questions on organization’s part we inform that the debates will be conducted by experienced moderators, rather than by the leaders of the POE movement. This is to maintain objective, factual discussion, devoid of individual positions of the organizations or persons. Our debates are not to concentrate on pointless disputes, but on firm, concrete results.

Debates are held in four parallel blocks, 3 hours each:

* Eco-consumption

* Education

* Energy

* Climate

16.00-19.00 Activities for young environmental organizations (incubator, or: how to operate more efficiently), conducted by Cezary Wyszyński, Szymon Surmacz

16:00-17:30 "Promotion and co-operation with the media", conducted by Cezary Wyszynski

17:30-19:00 "Citizen’s ABC", namely: the use of technology in NGOs, conducted by Szymon Surmacz

19.00-20.00 Dinner

20.00-? Integration of the participants - live music and drinks by the fire. Stefan Poprawa is to play flutes, Paweł Gumola (team leader Moscow) is to play the guitar. In addition, thematic film are to be screened inside (by the choice of Szymon Surmacz)

Day 2 - Friday 14.05.2010

09.00-09.30 Presentation of the National Federation of NGOs (the value of cooperation and the creation of a coalition of NGOs - Urszula Jaworska)

09.30-10.30 Meeting with the Ministry of Environment. Ms. Karolina Kulicka, Director of the Ministry’s Department of Ecological Education.

10.30-10.45 Coffee break

10.45-11.30 Presentation on the financing of environmental activities in Poland, Mr. Krzysztof Walczak, National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management

11.30-14.30 Debates

Debates are held in four parallel blocks, 3 hours each:

* Nature conservation

* GMO / Agriculture

* Transport

14.30-15.30 Lunch Break

15.30-17.30 Presentation of the European network, comprising more than 140 environmental organizations. European Environmental Bureau EEB http://www.eeb.org/ - a program of action including the priorities of 2010, the EU Presidency - the role of social (environmental) organizations. Conducted by Regina Schneider Head of Communications, European Environmental Bureau

17.30-17.45 Coffee break

17.45-19.45 End of the debates - in the same groups

17.45-19.45 Activities for young environmental organizations (incubator)- A meeting with the National Agency of the "Youth in Action" Program, and other thematic activities.

"Where to look for funds?" Meeting with the representatives of National Agency of the “Youth in Action" Program, i.e.: finance in organization, how to combine fields such as environmental activity and intercultural education, etc. Conducted by Karolina Rutkowska.

19.45-20.20 Dinner

20.30-21.20 Diaporama "Through forests and swamps" by the famous wildlife photographer Grzegorz Leśniewski (more information at: http://www.foto-ptaki.pl/images/stories/ilustracje/fotograficy/GL_PRZEZ_PUSZCZE_i_BAGNA-diaporama.pdf, Gregory will also present the project Wild Wonders of Europe (www.wild-wonders.com).

Day 3 - Saturday 5/15/2010

09.30-11.30 Summary of the debates

12.00-19.00 Ekofestyn - EcoFestival (on the main stage run by a professional dance leader Kamil Lemieszewski of Eternity Group - Fashion & Circus)

* Demonstrations of organic products, including certified food

* Musical performances (City Bum Bum, Peruvian music)

* Presentations of Ecological Organizations in a large tent and cabins

* Theatrical performances of children from kindergarten

* Workshops for children and adults

* Products’ auction for homeless animals

* Animals for adoption from animal shelter in Tomaszów Mazowiecki

* African dance workshop (conducted by Aneta Szlacheta, more on that in the ekofestyn section)

* Clay house building workshop. Conducted by Jarema Dubiel (note: it can be fun, didactic and a little dirty)

Throughout the meeting invaluable volunteers from the Club of Friends of the Earth and international EVS volunteers will help us. Therefore, you can work out most of the languages of the European Union - to which you are welcome.

Please remember that the program may change a little, we try to keep it updated ... according to applications and suggestions from the entering organizations.
