The idea is based on an idea of the practical division oneself with wisdom of experienced activists with young, novice.

During the meeting in Spale a training block is being planned for young ecological organizations. 5 - classes an hour long to choose from will include the subject matter: finances in the organization, PR, cooperation with media, people management, with the time and the work in the organization, co-operation with the authorities itp. Experienced activists and specialists will conduct classes in given field.

Additionally implementing the relief programme for young organizations in the form of the care of older, experienced groups is planned above newly establsihed. Experienced organizations will take up to their wings after a few young and will be sharing the knowledge with them, and also to support them in, legal, organizational administrations. Groups independently will establish the scope and the mode of the help. Groups (older plus 2 - 3 young) they will be created during the meeting in Spale, however the cooperation will start already after the meeting. A coming into existence of at least 5 regional groups is planned.
